I just moved to Minnesota and the new home had some poorly installed sconces out front that were not anchored to the siding at all. Plugz sent out their electrician, Soren, to help fix our droopy sconces. He was extremely polite and thorough, and his finished work is impeccable. He completely replaced the sconces and sealed them to the siding so our house isn't an electrical hazard and isn't so sad looking. I would absolutely recommend Soren and Plugz for any electrical issues.

I was connected with Plugz Electric through Lowe’s for installation of a porch light we ordered. The journeyman/technician, Cameron Foesch, did an absolutely excellent job. First and foremost, we had been given a timeframe of 8 AM and 11 AM. While most businesses generally leave the impression that you should expect service on the later end of the frame, Cam was here right at 8. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable to answer any and all questions, and well skilled to get the job done in a remarkably short amount of time. I am definitely going to work with him again when we get our garage lights replaced sometime in the near future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He kept us up to date with his arrival time, showed up early, did incredible work and even spent time explaining our house's funky electrical system to us. The challenge with electric work is that it is hard to know what problems exist until the outlets are opened up, especially in an 125 year old house like mine. When the inevitable changes happened, Plugz was very clear in explaining the problem and potential solutions. Once we agreed changes, changes to the work order were immediate, with a pdf estimate to my email in less than a minute. Whatever service management software they are using is the bomb and have trained their employees to use it well.My wiring was downright scary. The peace of mind is priceless. Very happy with Plugz.

I had an excellent experience and I WOULD HIRE Plugz Electric again, if I need an electrician in the future.Nicole was very helpful getting me on the schedule. The appointment was within 2 days of the call. I tried 3 other electrical companies, before reaching Plugz. One of the companies was about 2.5 weeks out, another a month out, and the final company I tried was nearly 3 months out (just a one man operation).Back to Plugz, on the day of the appointment I received a text message letting me know that Rob (Journeyman Electrician) was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes of that text, and within the window of time that Nicole estimated when making the appointment.Rob was friendly, direct, and thorough. He evaluated the job and provided a quote within 5 minutes of arrival. Rob provided suggestions and feedback on the job itself to address what I needed without breaking the bank. The quote was for installation of 2 ceiling fans that had existing light fixtures in their respective bedroom. The quote was cheaper than 2 of the other companies I spoke to on the phone. Rob informed me of their ‘50% down and 50% upon completion of the job’ policy. I chose to pay 100% when I received the quote due to my schedule when the work was to be completed.Rob was able to come back the next day (to allow me to buy the fans for the install) and complete the job then. Soren was my electrician, and he did a superb job. He was kind, professional, explained everything very well so a layman could understand, and he was always upfront. We had gotten another estimate from another company before contacting PlugZ and they were very expensive and offered me more than I asked for. My need was a level 2 EV charger in my garage. He was upfront about that cost and without upselling me, he gave me an honest bid on that as well as a new electrical panel as mine was original to the house and aging. The only real issue we encountered was with Xcel. They have to unhook and re-hook up power from the outside. They showed per our appointment to unhook but were very lackadaisical about coming back at the end of the day. Soren kept on them and even noticed a truck in our area - he pleaded with the linesman to come down the block when he finished his work. Soren saved the day getting us back online and saved me from the doghouse that night with my wife. If you use PlugZ, please request Soren, he's a top-notch guy, and electrician. He'll go out of his way to make the customer happy.
