So there we were, 9 hours away on vacation, when we get the call that a large branch came down and took out our power completely! I sat there on the phone in a completely different state, trying to get ahold of insurance, trying to find an electrician that could come out that day (a Saturday) but anyone I had called before couldn't make it until Monday! Then I found Plugz, and my goodness were they the real ones! Jason, Eric and David were able to make an emergency call, same day, and even wound up working in the dark just to make sure we had power the night of! I was really thinking we'd be without power for 2-3 days, but thanks to the guys at Plugz, that wasn't an issue!I'm really greatful for these guys, they really came through and made an incredibly stressful situation, less stressful. I'd definitely recommend you work with them on your electrical needs!

Went through Lowe’s install for installation of Ceiling fan and ceiling light. Plugz Electric was there contractor. The process was easy, great communication, good experience. Exceeded my expectations! It’s amazing what lights can do to a home. They fixed all my wiring which now provides me access to all my outlets as before the only outlets that worked were either the bottoms, or I couldn’t use both outlets at once. The whole staff was very friendly. I believe Mike was the lead on my team and he was so transparent and educated me on everything. My HOA had a deadline that the wiring had to be done by and Plugz Electric made the deadline. They even attended my HOA meetings regarding the wiring project. Plugz Electric understood my situation and provided me a quote and plan that didn’t cause me such financial distress. I’m not use to having lights, so I tend to catch myself turning on lights just because I can and plugging things in my outlets because I know I have access. I would recommend Plugz Electric to anyone who’s in need of re-wiring their home!

Initially, I contacted two other very well known companies; one telling me 3x to call back or send them an email message. I then, decided to contact Plugz Electric. Eric Prahl quickly returned my call. He met with us, he thoroughly discussed the work to be done. He replaced two light fixtures in our home and the electric panel. He completed the work in the time frame he said he would, he picked up the debris from the work (I've had contractors who haven't). He communicated very well, had a pleasant demeanor, he was friendly and I felt his honesty and integrity. Perhaps, because of his farming background, he approached all the work involved with high energy and a positive manner. I have two other properties and he would be the first person I would call for any electrical work that needs to be done.He is definitely first rate! 5 stars!
