Eric, Cameron, and Josh did wonderful work on a complicated electrical update for our 1985 Forest Lake home. Eric arrived on time, took lots of time and patience to explain our options, gave a complete list of work options and estimates, and checked in on the day of service. Cameron went above and beyond, clearly explaining everything that he was doing and keeping us informed on the various needs for each part of the update. He was extremely kind and professional, and treated our home with respect. Josh worked quickly and efficiently, rounding out the Plugz team that really came through for us. He is extremely knowledgeable easy to talk to professional and I will be calling this company again over and over and over
Plugz was very responsive both at the initial estimate stage as well as scheduling and completion of the work. They took care of installation of an EV outlet, exterior (weatherproof) outlet and surge protection for our entire panel. The time from original estimate to completion was about 1 week (could have been shorter if my own schedule wasn't booked). Installers were professional and efficient - we would use them again without question.
Juan was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. A handyman recently installed a ceiling fan but after fiddling with it for over 6 hours, he could not figure out why the light did not go on. I ended up having to hire a real electrician at the end. Juan figured it out immediately and fixed it in 10 minutes. Lesson learned: call an electrician and not a handyman for electric jobs. It cost a bit more but I ended up paying twice (an handyman for 6 hours of nothing) and an electrician. I am hiring Juan again if the house has electrical issues.
Mark was excellent!!! I bought my own fan for installation, and Mark was excellent at telling me what he could do for me such as get my fan installed after looking at what type of fan I had purchased and was very positive overall with the whole process and installation, even though he was the only one that was sent out to my house to perform the installation, mind you I did not have an existing fan from the get-go. Mark left the bathroom cleaner than when he found it. Thank you thank you thank you. Mark was knowledgeable and went straight to work to determine issues. He was professional, courteous and honest. He gladly answered questions and is a good communicator. He worked hard and was willing to do what it takes to get the job done including getting into a warm, dusty, insulated attic to diagnose issues.
Juan and Josh were Very friendly and didn’t even get bothered by me watching what they did and more than willing to answer all my questions. Very thorough with cleaning up when finished.
Had them come out to replace all the Romex Aluminum wiring with Copper wiring in our town home. Cameron, Mike, and Juan were personable, fast, and efficient. All three of them were nice and friendly, working with us to ensure we continued to have power and experienced minimal disruption throughout the job. The pricing was also affordable for the scale of work needed. Definitely hire them if you need any electrical work done!

Calling in trying to resolve the matter, the owner of the company took charge and did everything within his power to resolve the situation. This is the thing to keep in mind when working with locally owned and operated companies. Unlike larger companies, the actual owner of the company took matters into his own hands and personally assured us that the work would be properly and on time.
