Plugz was very responsive both at the initial estimate stage as well as scheduling and completion of the work. They took care of installation of an EV outlet, exterior (weatherproof) outlet and surge protection for our entire panel. The time from original estimate to completion was about 1 week (could have been shorter if my own schedule wasn't booked). Installers were professional and efficient - we would use them again without question.

Juan was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. A handyman recently installed a ceiling fan but after fiddling with it for over 6 hours, he could not figure out why the light did not go on. I ended up having to hire a real electrician at the end. Juan figured it out immediately and fixed it in 10 minutes. Lesson learned: call an electrician and not a handyman for electric jobs. It cost a bit more but I ended up paying twice (an handyman for 6 hours of nothing) and an electrician. I am hiring Juan again if the house has electrical issues.

I bought my own fan for installation, and Mark was excellent at telling me what he could do for me such as get my fan installed after looking at what type of fan I had purchased and was very positive overall with the whole process and installation, even though he was the only one that was sent out to my house to perform the installation, mind you I did not have an existing fan from the get-go. Mark left the bathroom cleaner than when he found it. Thank you thank you thank you. Had them come out to replace all the Romex Aluminum wiring with Copper wiring in our town home. Cameron, Mike, and Juan were personable, fast, and efficient.
