So there we were, 9 hours away on vacation, when we get the call that a large branch came down and took out our power completely! They fixed all my wiring which now provides me access to all my outlets as before the only outlets that worked were either the bottoms, or I couldn’t use both outlets at once. The whole staff was very friendly. I believe Mike was the lead on my team and he was so transparent and educated me on everything. My HOA had a deadline that the wiring had to be done by and Plugz Electric made the deadline. They even attended my HOA meetings regarding the wiring project. Plugz Electric understood my situation and provided me a quote and plan that didn’t cause me such financial distress. Initially, I contacted two other very well known companies; one telling me 3x to call back or send them an email message. I then, decided to contact Plugz Electric. Eric Prahl quickly returned my call. He met with us, he thoroughly discussed the work to be done. He replaced two light fixtures in our home and the electric panel.
