Eric Prohl came out today to follow up on the microwave circuit installation and install a new dimmer. He was a great communicator, very professional, and efficient. Plugz’ technicians have been outstanding. I highly recommend them.Mike and Terry were out today adding another breaker exclusively for the microwave as well as checking all other items on the same circuits. They worked steadily and efficiently on what was a challenging project getting the microwave on a separate wire. They also were very patient in answering many questions and it was easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend Plugz.

Cam & Damon did a fantastic job with an emergency re-build of my electrical mast during a house siding project. The siding crew accidentally lost control of my 2.5 story PVC mast which came crashing down to completely shatter across my rear addition and backyard while still connected to the power pole! Cam with Plugz Electric was on-site lightning fast and parleyed with Xcel Energy to keep my house connected to the grid in sub-freezing weather with as little downtime as possible while building a new mast. The company's communication with me through the ordeal was top notch with phone calls and text messages. We will definitely use Plugz Electric in the future with our 1906 home!

I moved to MN from another state but accepted this company's bid immediately after meeting with David M, whose professionalism, knowledge and customer orientation were extraordinary. David's noteworthy passion for excellence was mirrored by Cameron and Damon, the two electricians who executed the work in my multi-day project. Efficient, personable and tidy, they knew their stuff and went out of their way to minimize disruption, including minimizing the need for drywall repair. In my experience, electricians don't concern themselves with that. I give them my highest commendation, will definitely use them again. We had an outlet that needed replacement quickly. To our surprise Plugz sent Eric out the same day. Eric diagnosed the situation and found we had faulty wiring that could have been a fire hazard. He fixed the problem and replaced the outlet. Eric was friendly, tidy and professional. We are happy we called them and will use them in the future.

Electricians are notorious for punching holes in walls and ceilings, and several companies told us we’d have new holes to patch. While we were willing to accept that, Mike found a way to run the wiring so that we don’t have any damage to our finished basement ceilings or walls. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up their work when they were finished.
We had Soren come to our home to help us with a light installation we were having difficulty installing by ourselves. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, didn't try to upsell, and taught me a lot about proper installation and my home's electrical system. We just had Rob out this morning to fix an electrical issue. We were putting up a shelf and hit a wire for the light switch which tripped the breaker. Rob explained what my options were to fix it. I was like… whatever is cheaper and up to code. LOL. They were a little pricer than I thought but not as pricey as my husband thought it would be. So my husband was happy. Rob and Plugz electric will be my go to electrician.
