He helped us speak to the power company and get someone out immediately even though at first, Xcel customer service told me 5 business days! After a few more phone calls, they rearranged schedules, just to help us out and that same day we had a new electrical panel put in. They had near-immediate availability, estimated the job quickly at a very attractive price, and then performed the work within the next week. We had a hot tub dedicated circuit installed and they ran wire creatively through a soffit, requiring minimal drywall repair. They didn't sweat the small stuff when the pre-delivered supplies were requiring an extra few feet - they procured more material and didn't charge extra for it. They thoughtfully routed the wiring, sealed the entrances, junction box, and exit, and completed the hot tub connection - everything tested perfectly and the hot tub fired right up!
I asked them some additional questions about our sub-panel, about our exterior outlets, and how to troubleshoot the hot tub at the switch, and they took the time to review my questions and make suggestions.
The only feedback I'd have is that the estimator's notes should be copiously reviewed by the day-of installing technicians and the client to make sure both are on the same page. Also consulting the client about which walls and location they are going to need or have options to drill through would also help align expectations 100% so that there are no surprises after the job is finished. Another good procedure to adopt would be for them to take pictures of before and after, helping them show the work done (and the status before they had started work) to avoid any liability if what existed beforehand were ever to cause an issue.
Thanks to Eric for a few trips out to support our electrical needs for some new kitchen appliances (+ to Donny for his assistance last week too). I didn’t realize that the placement of an outlet for a dishwasher was so important. Eric + Donny also made sure that if this outlet ever trips, we can conveniently reset the breaker rather than having to pull the dishwasher out to reset at the outlet. Probably fixed all my concerns in about 45 minutes with one additional person supporting him. He has an open line of communication to help document issues anytime they arise in the house so we can troubleshoot even when he’s offsite. I definitely recommend

I was seeking bids for installing GFCI outlet for my new bidet. Master electrician Cameron from Plugz Electric came to my home last week, talked to me, and looked over the project. He then gave a very detailed bid for the work, making sure I understood each line. Today Cam and his apprentice Damon came out to do the install, running a new circuit from a sub-panel, across the ceiling of two basement utility rooms, then fished up to the bathroom location, all without needing to cut any holes! Their work was completed in good time. Cam then took me on a tour of their routing, pointing out every detail of the work. After making certain that I was satisfied with everything, they cleaned up very thoroughly before departing. Both men were so cordial and really a pleasure to have in my home. One final fun nugget: Cam had told me he would arrive at 8 am, so when he ran into a slowdown on the highway, he actually called me to say that he would be 3 minutes late. Now I’d call that exceptional customer service!
