Our team of Eric, Mike, Don and Damon were great! We had a bit of a project that required a couple days of their skills. They were very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Mike and Don were able to work their magic and found a way to hang a lighting fixture in a difficult spot without cutting a bunch of holes in the walls. We were so happy about that. Additionally, they were timely and cleaned up when they left. It was a pleasure working with them.
My wife and I are first time homeowners and needed to have a bathroom fan and garage light installed, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received all around!!! The receptionist was very helpful and set up an estimate for Master Electrician, Cameron, to come out for us. Cameron showed up on time and personable, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or a "salesman" like we've had with other companies, which made us feel even more comfortable with the process and our decision. We ended up booking the work with them and a week later Cameron and his apprentice, Damon, came out. They explained the whole process again, answered all my questions, and overall were very thorough and clean! They met a roadblock with getting some of the wiring done (due to how the investor did the walls of our bathroom), but they kept me in the loop and presented 3 solutions to make sure the bathroom fan and light could have separate switches, which is what my wife wanted. Even after presenting the solutions, I greatly appreciated how Cameron asked if they could remove the vanity and bathroom light before just doing it themselves. That was a success, and before they installed our garage light he explained his thoughts on the placement to make sure I was in agreement. Cameron and Damon cleaned up after themselves inside and out, including sweeping and wiping up in the bathroom, and after all the work was done they took me around to make sure I understood exactly what work they did, how everything worked, and also showed me pictures of the work done on the roof as well (since they had to cut a hole in the roof for the bathroom fan venting). Overall amazing experience for a reasonable price, and we will be going with Plugz Electric again for any future work we need done - and hopefully working with Cameron again!!!

We used PlugZ Electric for the first time and were pleased with their strong customer service. I got a prompt initial appointment and Rob came out to give me a quote for installing a dedicated circuit and breaker for our microwave which was tripping the existing circuit. He was helpful in answering my questions and although the quote seemed high we decided to try this company because they had good availability and took the time to explain things well. When Morgan and Ryan came to do the electrical work, they were able to determine that a dedicated circuit line had already been installed previously by another company, even though it wasn't connected. They connected up the new breaker and immediately credited me with a refund for the circuit price that had been in the initial quote and down payment. I appreciated this straightforward service. They were also diligent in identifying that the microwave had failed and needed replacing, checking it with 3 different circuit lines. All the people I interacted with at this company were knowledgeable and pleasant professionals. I will definitely consider them again for any future electrical needs.

They did nice work, clean and courteous when Cameron came to my house to give me a bit of the wiring in the garage I was very happy the way he presented himself. Donny and his team went above and beyond, dedicating hours and hours over two days to upgrade multiple aspects of the electrical system for my home. They upgraded from 100 to 200 amp electrical delivery, established an outdoor electrical panel in compliance with current building codes, raised the height of the electrical line to the house to establish legal clearance above the back deck, isolated the unsafe knob and tube wiring on the front porch, and ran new wiring to power the porch fan and light. They were extremely professional and informative throughout the process, talking me through the issues and solutions, as well as the progress and anticipated time to complete the job. Once establishing new electrical supply to the porch, they installed the fan with light that I had purchased. Lastly, they honored the initial quote for the job following the initial inspection, even though they encountered complications that extended the work.

Very professional, explained everything that needed to be done and then did quality work in replacing my unsafe breaker panel and installing a new one both inside and outside the house.
